RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

 

At Suhaiba Zindani Studio, we are committed to providing the highest quality workmanship. Whilst we hope you are delighted with your order; we do not offer any return or exchange under normal conditions.

A conditional exchange may be offered in the form of store credit for future purchases if the product you received is found to be faulty in terms of its quality or the workmanship; provided that you inform us within 48 hours of receipt. After you generate a query, our Quality Assurance Department will review your case and provide a solution. Customized orders or orders where a discount code has been applied are not eligible for a return, refund, or chargeback. We have the right to cancel orders for reasons such as - item is out of stock, pricing errors, article found as defective in Quality Control or the credit/debit card payment declined by the issuing financial institution.

Delivery Charges – International

Delivery Charges for international orders are calculated based on the destination and the weight of your shipment. Duties and taxes are not included in the price of the goods you purchase online and will not be included in the overall shipping costs you pay.

Please note payment of taxes and custom duties on international orders will be the responsibility of the customer. Any applicable duties or fees (If any) will be collected at the time of order delivery.
